Sassello, a pretty village on the hills around Savona, has provided Italian gourmets with a soft and fragrant artisan confectionery speciality.
The traditional Sassello biscuit is prepared by mixing almonds, apricot kernels, sugar and egg white. The mixture is so delicate as to require entirely manual processing.
In the Sassello laboratory, the Panarello Amaretto is packed as soon as it comes out of the oven to allow you to fully enjoy its soft heart with the authentic taste.


Baked dietary product.
Sugar, apricot seeds 36,5%, white of egg, almonds 6,4%, honey, preservative: potassium sorbate E 202. This product may contain traces of: soya lecithin, sulphur dioxide, milk and milk derivatives, peanuts and peanut-based products and other nuts.

All Panarello gluten-free products are registered in the Ministry of Health’s Registry of Dietary Products and are licensed to carry the ‘Spiga Barreta’ mark granted by the Italian Celiac Association.
