Also the Colomba now belongs to the tradition of the historic brand. The Colomba is still a typical product for ‘special occasions’, produced and sold only during the Easter festivities.
Since 2001 a ‘chocolate’ version is also available: without candied fruit, garnished with whole hazelnuts and with the dough enriched with chocolate drops.


Naturally leavened baked confectionary product.
Wheat flour, chocolate 20% (cocoa mass, sugar, glucose, emulsifier: soy lecithin), egg yolk, butter, cane sugar, natural yeast from wheat flour, glucose syrup, inverted sugar syrup, emulsifiers: fatty acid mono- and diglycerides E471, sunflower lecithin E322, barley malt, salt, flavourings.
Glaze: sugar, egg white, hazelnuts 1%, almonds, rice flour.
Garnished with: hazelnuts 1%.
