Naturally leavened baked confectionary product.
Wheat flour, sultanas (14%), candied orange peel 12% (diced orange peel, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup), egg yolk, cane sugar, butter, natural yeast from wheat flour, inverted sugar syrup, emulsifiers: fatty acid mono- and diglycerides E471, sunflower lecithin E322, barley malt, salt, flavourings.
Glaze: sugar, egg white, hazelnuts, apricot kernels, almonds, rice flour.
Garnished with: coarse sugar and almonds (2%).
May contain traces of soy.
