From the union of taste and innovation, Panarello’s Gluten-free apricot cookies are made exclusively from simple and genuine ingredients of the highest quality, such as butter, sugar, egg white and yolk, creating a delicate shortcrust pastry with a rich centre of apricot puree – delicious at any time of the day.

Ingredients

Baked dietary product.
Deglutinated flour (deglutinated wheat starch, corn starch, corn flour, glucose, dietary fibre: inulin, thickening agents: guar gum, E464, acidity regulator E 575, sodium bicarbonate), apricot puree 23% (glucose-fructose syrup, apricot puree 25% (corresponding to 5.8% of finished product), sucrose, thickening agent: pectin  E440, acidity regulator: citric acid E330, preservatives: potassium sorbate E202, flavourings), butter, sugar, egg white, egg yolk, powdered egg white.
May contain traces of soy lecithin, other nuts including peanuts and peanut-based products, sulfur dioxide.


All Panarello gluten-free products are registered in the Ministry of Health’s Registry of Dietary Products and are licensed to carry the ‘Spiga Barrata’ mark granted by the Italian Celiac Association.
