Made from simple, genuine ingredients, including butter, egg yolk and natural leavening, our whole wheat Biscotti del Lagaccio are palm oil free and are made from the traditional recipe requiring a 28-hour preparation time, 14 of which only for the natural leavening process.
Ideal as a healthy, energy-rich breakfast, whole wheat Lagaccio biscuits have the same characteristics of goodness, lightness and crumbliness that have made the classic Biscotto del Lagaccio famous.
