The taste and the fragrance of a great pastry classic are rediscovered in a true glutton signed by Panarello. Gluten-free Canestrellis are made according to the traditional recipe, using only genuine ingredients and enriching the dough with delicious cocoa.

Ingredients
Baked dietary product.
Deglutinated flour (deglutinated wheat starch, corn starch, corn flour, glucose, dietary fibre: inulin, thickening agents: guar gum, E464, acidity regulator E 575, sodium bicarbonate), sugar, butter, eggs, cocoa powder 3%, powdered egg white, natural flavouring: lemon essence.
May contain traces of nuts, soy lecithin, sulfur dioxide, peanuts and peanut-based products.

Registered in the Ministry of Health’s dietary register and licensee of the Crossed Grain trademark issued by the Italian Celiac Association.
