Deglutinated flour (deglutinated wheat starch, corn starch, corn flour, glucose, dietary fibre: inulin, thickening agents: guar gum, E464, acidity regulator E 575, sodium bicarbonate), sugar, butter, raisins, chocolate drops 7% (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural flavouring: vanilla), hazelnuts, egg yolk, partially skimmed milk, marsala, cocoa powder 1%, powdered egg whites. May contain traces of sulfur dioxide, other nuts, peanuts and peanut-based products.

Registered in the Ministry of Health’s dietary register and licensee of the Crossed Grain trademark issued by the Italian Celiac Association.
