NATURALLY LEAVEND BAKED CONFECTIONERY PRODUCT
Wheat flour, sultanas 14%, candied orange peel 12% (diced orange, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup), cat. A egg yolk, butter, cane sugar, natural yeast (wheat flour, water), emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, sunflower lecithin; glucose-fructose syrup, invert sugar syrup; barley malt, salt, flavourings.
Icing 10%: sugar, egg whites, “Piedmont Hazelnuts”, almonds, apricot kernels, rice flour.
Garnished with: granulated sugar and almonds 2%.
