Panarello’s Colomba is made today with the same artisan care as in the past: slow leavened and with high quality ingredients including exceptionally fresh eggs, butter, candied orange peel and juicy sultanas. Every Easter provides the opportunity to savour the taste and authentic fragrance of tradition. Try the chocolate version for an even more indulgent treat.

Wheat flour, candied orange peel (orange peel, sugar, corn syrup), natural yeast (wheat flour, water), fresh eggs, butter, sugar, sultanas 2.45%, honey, emulsifiers (mono-diglycerides of dietary fatty acids), whole milk powder, sunflower lecithin, salt, natural flavourings.
Glaze: sugar, almond flour, egg white, preservative: potassium sorbate.
Topping: almonds and coarse sugar.

Colomba with Chocolate Ingredients
Wheat flour, natural yeast (wheat flour, water), chocolate chips (16%), liquid egg, butter, sugar, honey, emulsifiers (mono-diglycerides of dietary fatty acids), whole milk powder, soy lecithin, fresh milk, salt, brewer’s yeast, vanilla, flavourings. Glaze: sugar, egg white, toasted hazelnut flour, almond flour, cocoa, bitter apricot kernels, butter, preservatives: potassium sorbate. Garnish: hazelnuts.
