Classic and satisfying for all palates, our Fruit Tart has a shortcrust pastry shell filled with a generous layer of custard and garnished with fresh fruit. This colourful and cheerful cake comes in two different versions: mixed fruit and forest fruits.

Ingredients
Shortcrust pastry (wheat flour, butter, sugar, eggs), 30% fresh fruit, custard (whole milk, sugar, egg yolk, rice starch), neutral gelatin (glucose syrup, sugar, water, anti-caking agent: E555, colouring: E171, gelling agent: E406, acidifier: E330, preservative: E202).
