Fruits macaroons

Classic line

This traditional pastry from Sassello is made by mixing together almonds, apricot kernels, sugar and egg white. In the version  with fruit candied peach and apricot paste is added to the dough. As the dough is extremely delicate the entire process has to be done by hand. In our Sassello laboratory Panarello Macaroons are packaged freshly baked so you can fully enjoy the genuine taste of their soft fruity centre.

Peach macaroons: ingredients 
Sugar, sweet apricot kernels 32.5%, candied peach paste 10.8% (peaches 105%, corresponding to 11.3% of finished product, sugar, glucose syrup), egg whites, almonds 5.7%, preservative: potassium sorbate E 202, flavouring.
May contain: soy, sulphur dioxide, milk, peanuts, nuts.

Apricot macaroons: ingredients 
sugar, sweet apricot kernels 32.4%, candied apricot paste 10.9% (apricots 115%, corresponding to 12.5% of finished product, sugar, glucose syrup), egg whites, almonds 5.7%, preservative: potassium sorbate E 202, flavouring.
May contain: soy, sulphur dioxide, milk, peanuts, nuts.
