KRANZINO
Panarello Kranzino is the mini version of the irresistible traditional Kranz. A natural slow-leavened dough enriched with top quality sultanas and select Italian candied fruit. Aromatic, delicate, and full of flavour, Panarello Kranzino is a real treat.

Ingredients
Sweet leavened dough (wheat flour, natural wheat flour yeast, sugar, butter, egg, brewer’s yeast, flavouring), puff pastry (butter, wheat flour, salt), pearl sugar, candied orange peel (orange peel, sugar, corn syrup), candied citron (citron peel, sugar, corn syrup, antioxidant: sulphur dioxide), sultanas, glucose syrup.

PANDOLCINO
Panarello Pandolcino is the mini version of the fragrant and delicious traditional Genovese confection. Today, as in the past, traditional techniques, combined with the practice of leaving the naturally leavened dough to rest for 24 hours, make this one of our best-loved confections. Top quality Italian candied fruit, select sultanas and Mediterranean pine nuts make this Genovese classic naturally more delicious.

Ingredients
Wheat flour, sultanas, natural sourdough (wheat flour, water), sugar, butter, candied orange peel (orange peel, sugar, glucose syrup), candied citron (citron, sugar, glucose syrup, antioxidant: sulphur dioxide), pine nuts, emulsifiers (mono-diglycerides of dietary fatty acids), acidulant: acetic acid, sunflower lecithin, natural flavouring.

CHIFFARI DOLCI AND BRIOCHE
Panarello Chiffari Dolci are fragrant, sweet-smelling delights that appeal to all palates. Perfect for breakfast, these treats are bursting with flavour thanks to the top quality ingredients used in their fillings. They are available plain, or with apricot or cocoa filling. The round brioches, meanwhile, are topped with soft custard.

Ingredients
Plain Chiffari with icing sugar: sweet leavened dough (wheat flour, natural yeast, sugar, butter, egg, honey, brewer’s yeast, flavouring), puff pastry, icing sugar.

Apricot-filled Chiffari: sweet leavened dough (wheat flour, natural yeast, sugar, butter, egg, honey, brewer’s yeast, flavouring), puff pastry, apricot puree 6%, pearl sugar.

Cocoa Chiffari: sweet leavened dough (wheat flour, natural yeast, sugar, butter, egg, honey, brewer’s yeast, flavouring), puff pastry with added cocoa cream, low fat cocoa powder 15%, vegetable fat, hazelnuts, whole milk powder, almonds, icing sugar, cocoa.

Brioche: sweet leavened dough (wheat flour, natural yeast (wheat flour, water), sugar, butter, egg, honey, brewer’s yeast, flavouring), custard (whole milk, sugar, egg yolk, rice starch), pearl sugar.
