Macaroons with citrus fruits

Senza glutine

This traditional pastry from Sassello is made by mixing together almonds, apricot kernels, sugar and egg white. In the version with citrus fruits candied orange and lemon peel paste is added to the dough. As the dough is extremely delicate the entire process has to be done by hand. In our Sassello laboratory Panarello Macaroons are packaged freshly baked so you can fully enjoy the genuine taste of their soft citrus-flavoured centre.

Confectionery product bakery – Ingredients: sugar, sweet apricot kernels 32.4%, candied orange peel paste 11.1% (orange peel 70%, corresponding to 7.8% of finished product, sugar, glucose syrup), egg whites, almonds 5.7%, preservative: potassium sorbate E 202, flavouring. May contain traces of soy lecithin, sulfur dioxide, milk and dairy products, peanuts and products made from peanuts and other nuts. Store in a cool, dry place and do not expose to sunlight.

May contain traces of soy lecithin, sulfur dioxide, milk and dairy products, peanuts and products made from peanuts and other nuts. Store in a cool, dry place and do not expose to sunlight.
