Traditional Confectionery

Pancioccolato is another traditional Genovese confection. An indulgent twist on the Pandolce Basso, it features chocolate chips, raisins and hazelnuts instead of candied fruit.


wheat flour, 15% chocolate chips (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, low fat cocoa powder, emulsifiers: soy lecithin, salt, flavourings), hazelnuts, butter, sultanas, sugar, frangipane glaze (sugar, almonds, egg white), egg, marsala, raising agents (disodium diphosphate, sodium acid carbonate), wheat starch.
