Negrita Cake


The ultimate delicacy for the sweetest tooth: Torta Negrita. A soft base of Panarello Cake enriched with cocoa added to its dough and filled with a sweet layer of apricot jam, while extra dark chocolate is poured over the whole cake. In Panarello pastry shops Torta Negrita is also sold in single portions.

Eggs, sugar, almonds, wheat flour, butter, cocoa, bitter paste (sugar, vegetable fat and oil (palm, safflower oil, illipe, shea, rice and sunflower in variable proportions), skimmed cocoa powder 15%, hazelnuts, whole milk powder, almonds, emulsifier: soy lecithin, flavouring), apricot puree (glucose syrup – fructose, apricot puree, sucrose, thickener: pectin, acidifier: citric acid, preservative: E202), raising agents (disodium diphosphate, sodium acid carbonate), wheat starch, flavouring.
