FRUIT TARTLETS
Panarello fruit tartlets are made with fragrant shortcrust pastry and filled with custard and fresh fruit. A simple, tasty and colourful confection. The wild strawberry version is even more delicious.
Ingredients
Shortcrust dough (wheat flour, butter, sugar, egg), fresh fruit 30%, custard (whole milk, sugar, egg yolk, rice starch), neutral gelatine (glucose syrup, sugar, water, anti-caking agent: E555, colouring agent: E171, gelling agent: E406, acidulant: E330, preservative: E202).

WILD STRAWBERRY TARTLET
This mini version of the wild strawberry tart lets you treat yourself to the irresistible combination of shortcrust pastry, custard and sweet wild strawberries.
Ingredients
Shortcrust dough (wheat flour, butter, sugar, egg), wild strawberries, custard (whole milk, sugar, egg yolk, rice starch), gelatine (glucose syrup, sugar, water, anti-caking agent: E555, colouring agent: E171, gelling agent: E406, acidulant: E330, preservative: E202).

GIANDUIA TARTLET
This mini version of the irresistible Panarello shortcrust pastry treat is bursting with flavour thanks to the gianduia cream topped with a swirl of chocolate and cocoa.
Ingredients
Shortcrust pastry (wheat flour, butter, sugar, egg), cocoa cream (sugar, low fat cocoa powder (17%), vegetable oil (sunflower, safflower and rice in variable quantities), hazelnuts, vegetable fats (coconut, cocoa and sunflower in variable quantities), skimmed milk powder, cocoa butter, almonds, emulsifier: lecithin (soy), vanilla powder), cocoa powder.

CROSTATINA
A shortcrust pastry base with a layer of apricot jam. The Crostatina is a mini version of the hugely popular classic Panarello Griglia Cake. Prepared using fresh, simple, authentic ingredients, just like a homemade tart.

Ingredients
Shortcrust pastry (wheat flour, butter, sugar, egg), apricot purée (glucose syrup – fructose, apricot puree, sucrose, thickening agent: pectin, acidulant: citric acid, preservative: E202, flavouring).
