The unmistakable Genoese traditional biscuit also comes in a whole wheat version with cane sugar and honey. Whole wheat Lagaccio Biscuits are made with simple, genuine ingredients such as butter, egg yolk and sourdough. Without palm oil, like the classic recipe they require a slow processing time of 28 hours. Ideal for a lighter, healthier and more energy-packed breakfast.

Whole wheat flour 68%, cane sugar 19%, butter, semi-skimmed milk, honey 2%, raising agents (disodium diphosphate, sodium acid carbonate),wheat starch.
