Soft almond cookies
Sassello, a pretty village on the hillsides around Savona, has provided Italian foodies with a soft and fragrant artisan confectionery specialty. The traditional Sassello cookie is prepared by mixing almonds, apricot kernels, sugar and egg whites. The mixture is so delicate that it requires entirely manual processing.
In Sassello’s laboratory, the Panarello Amaretto is packed as soon as it comes out of the oven to allow you to enjoy the authentic taste.
Ingredients
Sugar, apricot seeds 36,5%, white of egg, almonds 6,4%, honey, preservative: potassium sorbate. Contains: Egg and Almonds. May contain: Soy, Milk, Milk Derivatives, Peanuts, Pine nuts, and Hazelnuts.
